Every account, scored for identity risk
MFA coverage, dormant accounts, breach exposure and security awareness training, measured per person rather than sampled. When training compliance slips, RITIS names the people, not the percentage.
MFA compliance
99%
Active accounts
98%
No breach exposure
100%
Training current
67%
Compliance per person, not per report
The Users screen lists every licensed person with MFA state, sign-in activity, breach exposure and training status on one row. The tiles above are the same data rolled up. When a number slips, the Find action lists the people behind it, so a 67% training figure becomes 29 names with a campaign already assigned.
What we act on
Each of these is a finding with a Find action behind it, naming the exact records involved.
-
29 users pending security training
Names the 29 people and assigns the pending KnowBe4 campaign in one action.
-
1 account without MFA
One person, named. Enrolment is enforced the same day, not at the next review.
-
2 dormant accounts still licensed
Inactive over 90 days and still holding paid seats. Disabled and reclaimed from the finding.
Questions we get about users
- How often does this refresh?
- Continuously. RITIS reads directly from Microsoft 365, KnowBe4 and our security tooling, so a user who completes training or enrols in MFA moves the number the same day, not at the next monthly report.
- What counts as breach exposure?
- A work account appearing in a known credential breach. Every account is checked against breach intelligence feeds. Anyone exposed gets a forced password reset and stays on this screen until it is done.
- Can we see it per department?
- Yes. Every finding lists the named individuals, and the user list filters by department, so a training gap can be handed to the right manager rather than announced company-wide.
